DAY 2 -Saturday, February 28th will have 2 Rings of live in-person & online bidding. Saturday will have a 3rd ring online only that will include experienced lawn and garden equipment, tool boxes, Industrial Shelving, and more! Bidding for this ring exclusively on HiBid.

Auction 3 – LIVE In-Person and Online on Thursday, March 12th @ Approx. 1 PM EST. This auction will follow the conclusion of the Farm Equipment. – An exceptional offering of Real Estate. A total of 80 +/- acres being offered in two tracts.

There is 46 acres of wheat planted on Tract 2. The buyer of Tract 2 will have the right to harvest the wheat crop and split the gross vlaue of the wheat sold 50/50 with the seller. The right to bale the leftover straw has been assigned. The buyer of Tract 2 will receive $2,000 after the straw has been baled from the seller. Once the wheat and straw have been removed the buyer will have full access to that part of the farmground to do as they want. The buyer will have possession of the other tillable ground that has not been planted at closing.
